Store Policies
All returns must be preauthorized by Bodacious Babies Boutique, LLC. Please email us to receive authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the initial order date. We know that you will be happy with your order but if for some reason you need to return a product, please note that we do not accept returns on any items that have been washed or worn. Items must be in the original condition to receive a store credit or refund. Due to sanitary reasons, all sales on cloth diapers and feminine hygiene products are final. Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited. We will happily exchange your purchase or issue you a store credit. If you would prefer a refund, please note that all refunds will incur a 5% restocking fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. All clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for return. We stand by the products in our store. If you should notice a defect with a product, please email us as soon as possible to notify us the defect so that we may make arrangements with the manufacturer to replace the item.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or Money Order on our website. You may choose to pay with an e-check through Paypal but please note that it may take up to 4 business days for the e-check to clear. Your order will ship within 2 business days of the e-check clearing. We also accept credit card orders over the phone at 602-309-4276. Your privacy is important to us. We do not retain any credit card information and credit card numbers processed through our site are done so via a secure server. Any personal information collected from you at checkout is done so to process your order or update you on sales and promotions at your request. We will never sell or trade your personal information. No sales tax is applied for orders outside of Arizona. If you are ordering from Arizona or your order is being shipped to Arizona, a sales tax of 8.3% will apply. If you live in the Phoenix Metro area we would be happy to setup an appointment with you to show off our wonderful products or provide any educational assistance (i.e. babywearing information, answer cloth diaper questions, etc.) We love to hear from you!
